As a fascia therapist, I work with people who are stuck in stress, overstimulation, physical complaints or inner turmoil.
Not just through talking, but through the body as an entrance.
Fascia — the connective tissue that connects everything in your body — reacts sensitively to stress and emotional distress.

You can experience it like this:
I work gently, body-focused, and attuned. I place my hands gently on your body and listen. Non-invasive, non-forceful, listening and inviting.
The power lies in gentleness. Slowing down as therapy. Often, recovery doesn't begin with doing, but with sinking. And sinking is already quite a challenge! I especially want to support your own self-healing, because your body often already knows what it needs. My role is to reconnect you with your own intelligence and help remove the barriers that stand in your way.
Because I believe that therapy isn't about the method...but about the person carrying it. What's central to me is listening—not just to what you're saying, but to who you are behind the story. People often have a lot of explanations, analyses, and worries...but they've forgotten how to feel. I want to sit beside you in what's difficult. You don't have to do it alone. You don't have to explain, prove, or "be better" first. You can simply be human here—with everything that still feels uncertain, vulnerable, or tired. I'll walk with you, at your own pace. Not to rescue, but to carry where things get tough. Not to lead, but to be by your side as long as you need me.
